Bentley Residences Sunny Isles Beach

Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach project is the result of a partnership between Dezer Development and Bentley Motors. Known widely for building some of the most popular and luxurious condo towers, Gil Dezer has announced his partnership with Bentley Motors for building the highest luxury tower in Sunny Isles Beach - Bentley Tower. It will also be known as the first-ever Bentley residential building in the entire world.

There isn’t too much information on the building details, however, they have stated that Bentley Residences will certainly have more than 200 luxury condos, each unit with multi-car garages that have access to the tower’s elevator. It is also known that Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles will include more than 60 stories and will reach a height of 749 feet.

This luxury Bentley condo tower will be located at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida and will sit on a 3.6-acre land. It’s going to replace the Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort. Sieger Suarez Architects will work the entire building and will include a pool, huge theater, spa, gym, restaurant & lounge, a bar, cabanas, and definitely more according to what was stated in a press release.

Dezer Development already obtained height approval for the building and is expecting to begin with construction in 2023. Sometime during 2026, Bentley Residences is expected to be finished and ready for its residents. It will be the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach yet.

If you’re unfamiliar with Dezer’s work, the Porsche Design Tower was also completed by Dezer Development in 2016. This building also includes another patented elevator called the Dezervator. A similar project includes the Residences by Armani/Casa, which is another partnership with Dezer that sits on 18975 Collins Avenue.
